At the intersection of Wooster and Houston Street, the Bulthaup New York showroom translates a philosophy based on architecture, innovation, and precision into a physical space. Since 1949, the German brand has set the global standard for premium custom kitchens; in this metropolitan setting, high-tech kitchen systems meet the authenticity of MATTEOBRIONI finishes, creating an environment where industrial design dialogues with natural matter.
The showroom walls are defined by the use of MB Storia Smooth, an earthy lime-based finishing plaster applied to all vertical surfaces. The custom shade was specifically developed to harmonize with the palette of materials, enhancing the precision of the kitchen volumes.
The use of natural materials underscores Bulthaup’s bespoke approach to designing both domestic and commercial environments. The smooth texture of the walls ensures an essential and high-performing aesthetic, reflecting the standards of excellence and attention to detail that have made the brand a world leader in interior architecture.
