Vinaria, a wine restaurant in Venice designed by Isabella Breda — where a bespoke clay texture named Floreal, created exclusively for this project, lines every wall in a botanical pattern that seems to emerge slowly from the material itself, bringing the city’s quiet spirit into the interior.

about this project
In the evocative setting of Venice, Vinaria restaurant welcomes guests into a warm and intimate atmosphere, created through a material-driven interior design by MATTEOBRIONI.

The main protagonist of the project is MBTerra Natural Evoca, an artistic hand-molded clay finish that transforms the walls into three-dimensional surfaces. This custom texture, named Floreal, is the result of a two-layer application technique: through the use of specialized stencils, elegant botanical motifs emerge in relief from the wall.

The Cannella (cinnamon) shade and custom variants define the entire palette, where the dynamism of organic textures meets the essentiality of MBTerra Natural Smooth fine-grained plaster.
