about this project

Beyond flavor, the atmosphere: a profound dialogue between haute cuisine and natural design at the Alberte Restaurant in Vigo

There is a delicate balance between a restaurant’s culinary offerings and the space that hosts it: everything must be part of the gastronomic experience the chef envisions for their guests. Maison Brisset, the firm behind the design and realization of this space, has demonstrated a perfect understanding of this need by integrating MATTEOBRIONI natural clay finishes into an interior project of excellence.

The use of raw earth is a choice that, while elegantly meeting the clientele’s needs, demonstrates a profound commitment to architectural sustainability. Through this approach, Maison Brisset creates an environment that is not only aesthetically refined but also healthy and environmentally friendly, enhancing the well-being of everyone who spends time within it.

The floors were finished with MBTerra Floor Smooth Custom, a high-resistance clay and epoxy resin coating ideal for high-traffic areas. On the dining room walls, the fine-grained MBTerra Natural Structured plaster adds depth and warmth, while the MBSeta Structured raw earth paint coats the ceilings and vertical sections with a silky, uniform finish. This attention to detail continues in the bathrooms, where the reinforced MBTerra Plus Smooth version was applied. The entire project is featured in the Panna (Cream) shade, a chromatic choice that amplifies light and creates an atmosphere of refined visual clarity.
