Located in the heart of Naples’ Quartieri Spagnoli, this penthouse is conceived as a circular house, the result of a profound research on materials, light, and space.
The material identity of the house is defined by the fine-grained texture of MB Terra Natural Wabi. This clay finishing plaster coats the vertical surfaces in two distinct, warm shades: Cannella (Cinnamon) and Cipria. These colors provide a soft, matte skin that absorbs and redistributes the Mediterranean light entering from the terraces. In the bathrooms, the technical requirements are met by MB Terra Plus Smooth, a polymer-reinforced clay plaster in a custom color, which ensures durability while maintaining the same aesthetic language of the living areas.
The natural texture of the walls conveys a sense of calm that balances the vibrant energy of Naples, visible beyond the windows. As the light changes, the Cannella and Cipria tones take on a new intensity, transforming the home into a welcoming refuge where raw earth gives substance and character to every room.
